Hey Axel,

I get this message ("WARN: expecting flow 'xxxxx' but received
'yyyyy'") quite a bit myself, and in my case it's to be the result of
network congestion (My layout involves a number of high-usage routers
exporting a large amount of flow records regularly).

You might try running Wireshark and confirming that the flow records
with the ID's in question are NOT being received by your collector. If
that's the case, you'll probably want to adjust your architecture
(possibly add another collector?) or look at your latency / packet
loss between routers and collector.

I've yet to fix the issue myself, but I have confirmed that in my
case it's the result of the records not reaching the collector's
network interface.

Good luck!

Matthew
