Luca, you are using 2 times the same layer names, 'latignano_zone' and 'vicarello_zone'. Both belong to different groups, but the legend icon files are saved in /images/legend with the layer name as part of the icon file name. So the icon files from one layer overwrite the ones from the other (with the same name). Anyway, I don't think it is recommended to use 2 times the same layer name. Just rename your layer names to latignano_zone1, latignano_zone2 etc. and it should work.
BTW: In your case I could localize the map file because the config.ini was readable via the web. But normally it would make sense to add the map file or parts of it to the mail if you ask questions like this that can only be answered if one knows the layer and class definitions.
