Nuria, could you send me the map file? I cannot say much without knowing how you define the layers and query attributes. Do you have empty rows or no rows at all? Disable completely the METADATA entry for "RESULT_FIELDS" and see what you get (should be ALL fields of the table).
For the wrong extent, check the extent that is available in the JS function when going with the mouse over the magnifying glass ('copy link location' and paste in a text editor). For points you might need to adapt the buffer settings in the squery.php. Sooner or later I will add a comment in the docs about this problem.
