I set up a directory for user contributions. The files from Luca Orlandini concerning the start page 'map.phtml' are under
http://www.pmapper.de/dl/contributions/luca_orlandini/ and can be downloaded separately or via WebDAV like all other files under /http://www.pmapper.de/dl/ Armin
