Walter, I don't know which version you are exactly talking about. If it's the latest from the dl dircetory (pmapper2_2005-10-23.zip), there is a missing ampersand in file pmapper.js. I uploaded a corrected version. You can also correct it in this file at line 163, change
newImgLayerH + 'zoom_type=zoomfull'; to newImgLayerH + '&zoom_type=zoomfull'; (add the ampersand before 'zoom_type...')
