Luca I cannot reproduce your error. When I search for a commune I always get the sinkholes for that commune highlighted when I click on the lens in the pop-up window and the sinkhole is centered on the map, like you see in the attached image.
The only thing I don't understand is why it does not automatically zoom to the found features even if it's defined like this in the config.ini file -> "autoZoom = search" (one can read the file if one knows where it should be by default :-)).
