There is currently no map mouseover function to display query results. 
The one from Natalia Zoppardo discussed today comes closer to it, but 
would need some customizations too.

One other solution (not for the map but the result table) could be to 
define the image path as hyperlink and to use the function 
'openHyperlink()' from custom.js to display the image, eg. by creating a 
DIV and populating it with the image. Or Modify the json.js to have a 
mouseover/out event for hyperlinks instead of the default click.
