Originally it should have been a more or less final version 2, but the creation of the tree-style legend is behaving a bit strange on IE (unfortunately still the most used browser): Takes very long to download the images, and if you open the legend tree before all are downloaded it completely stops it, so you miss some icons. So either I ignore it or drop to use the dtree.js library and write something similar by myself.
