No, unfortuantely I don't thinks it's possible currently. I was already thinking about something like this so that one could define the text of the link taken from a different field than the link location itself. At the moment you can just specify a general alias like "Open link..." that is the same for all of the records.
It's also not possible to display a field once normal and once as a link. With Postgis you could circumvent at least this with the DATA tag using a definition like the_geom from(select field_1 as name, field_1 as xyzname, field_2 as ...) ... this way the field_1 is doubled in the results. I will see if it can go at least into the next main release of p.mapper, since it's not too complicated to implement.
