The split function in initmap.php splits the allGroups from the config.ini also with blanks. So modify this or do not use allGroups in config.ini. Then try to remove peu a peu all the Javascript errors that appear because of the blanks using a good JS debugger. Some functions might not work at all without bigger code inspections/modifications.
