Eduardo you would need to specify more in detail what you need, what you expect and what not. Do the maps have to be related, eg. keeping extent when swapping? Do you need to keep state of a map (layers, extent) when returning to it? Is it a problem when the page reloads?
I understood from postings some time ago that p.mapper works correctly in Iframes, maybe that could be a quick solution to try.
