the basic things work, like inserting the URL, getting the layers list, 
selecting WMS layers and insert the WMS as layer in p.mapper. This 
however needs some additional functionality. At least it requires that 
one can select if the WMS will be drawn on top or below all other 
layers. Then if one can separately de-select single layers of 1 WMS 
service or if all are just displayed together.

So it was less trivial than initially expected and therefore I postponed 
everything for the moment. I would also like that one can simply save 
the URL of the current application (using "link to current map") and 
save via the URL also all loaded WMS services. So next time a user can 
directly use this URL and does not have to load all again. One can use 
cookies for that but I don't like cookies so much.

The loading of a WMS map context file is possible in Mapscript but it is 
a bit buggy (some might say that it has intended behaviour...) and a 
user has then to first specify and upload his context file, also not so 
straightforward.
