Yes, i have used template like reported in the 2.2 point of the WMS mapserver documentation http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/wms_server/. I have test a GetFeatureInfo with text/html by url reference and working fine. I have happy however that WMS query function in pmapper work probably it is a my error. I will try to recheck all the map file in the map server script that in client.
