sorry, but in a quick test using the demodata v3 I cannot reproduce your 
error (with the latest pmapper-dev version, but that has not changed for 
map display issues). Try to test a similar setting with the demodata (2 
layers swapping, 1 annotation layer) and see what you get. If you still 
get the error, send me the full map file.
