I have tried Small, layer flat view, English <javascript:openNew('p3',
'860#640#small', 'en', 'flat', '')> demo at pmapper site.
I have selected Advanced and
- Create PDF document
- Print Title : xxx
- Paper size: A3
- Page orientation: Landscape
Then print. Only blank window appeared, no PDF is made, which could be
the same error as in my case.
