I read in the FagTips of p.mapper: if a layer should always be visible on the
map but not
selectable/visible in legend or TOC (e.g. copyright, north arrow,
background image layer) the easiest solution is to define for the layer
in the map file STATUS DEFAULT and don't reference the layer in the config.ini
file.
But I do that and the layer never appears in my map. I have tried with STATUS
DEFAULT and STATUS ON and I don't mention this layer in phpconfig.php,
config_common.ini or config_default.ini. What I do wrong?
