Hello,The "Export Query Results as PDF" functionality isn't working for me under pmapper v4.0.beta1 (it worked great under v3.2). I am able to exporting as CSV and Excel, however no 'Download' button never appears when clicking the PDF radio button. I am running under Window Server 2003 and MS4W v2.3.1.
