I have a couple of problems with the print function and legends. For
HTML, all the layers show up in the printed legend, even those which are
not turned out. For PDF, it prints the correct legend elements, but
something is wrong with the alignment where it will print one legend
element per page, resulting in an 8-12 page PDF document.
