In 30 seconds, just an idea...

If you are PHP developer, you should try to replace all lines that 
contain "ms_newMapObj" in pmapper by:
- open the specified mapfile
- search an replace all "$xxxxx" with "$_SESSION['xxxxx']"
- save file temporary
- load this one.

Or maybe look at the "ms_newMapObjFromString" function in mapscript 
documentation.
