The error states that the path to the shapefile data is not correct. Normally a standard MS4W installation should have correct paths set. Check the map file if the combination of SHAPEPATH under WEB and DATA under the layer countries is correct, i.e. that the data are there and can be read. In your example the pmapper files are under 'C:/ms4w/Apache/htdocs/'. The default is 'C:/ms4w/apps'. So I don't have a clue why you copied them there where they are now...
