If you don't mind having the logo displayed always also on the browse 
map the just follow these descriptions:

the logo layer can also contain an image via a CLASS/SYMBOL definition.

Otherwise you would probably need to read the map image into PHP and 
merge it with your logo using native PHP functions. I guess it's not 
possible to create an image object from a file, but the Mapserver list 
can help you more for this.
