Hi,

To my mind tt should be declared like this:

"<map>
    <mapZoomToExtent>
        <bounds>100000</bounds>
        <bounds>100000</bounds>
        <bounds>200000</bounds>
        <bounds>200000</bounds>
        <maxExtent>1</maxExtent>
    </mapZoomToExtent>
</map>"
