 So the thing is I have these georeferenced raster layers which i would want
to overlay on the shapefile. my pmapper has been connected to the MySQL and
everything with the querying is doing good..

 ** so i am absolutely cluless about how could i possibly configure these
raster layers in the database and later retrieve the possible ones that
intersect the MAPEXTENT limits & hopefully overlay them on the base map...

** I was thinking on the similar lines to the functionality of this
DigitalGlobe Imagefinder --
Use IE:-
