As an update, the easiest way was to add a js variable into js_config.php (same folder as map file) and just call it in the main map document. Then if you switch configs then the variable content will switch accordingly. I was trying to populate an extra tab that I bolted on. Armin - any plans to integrate PMapper with the Jquery UI interface?
