I use stitchmap software for download image from Google Earth and add image
JPG in mapfile like :
LAYER
NAME 'Image'
DATA 'D:\ms4w\Apache\htdocs\sukabumi\data\sukabumi.jpg'
TYPE RASTER
STATUS OFF
PROJECTION
"init=epsg:32748"
END
END
The Stitchmap can save image and calibrate the map using UTM Projection..
