Dear Francisco, Internet Explorer and Firefox are Web browsers. You can use both to open you Web GIS page (based on pmapper). It doesn't really matter which version you use. Nevertheless, you should be aware that pmapper is always up to date so better use newer version of Web browser with newer version of pmapper.
