Hi !
i see on snv.pmapper.net that it is possible to add sub-category to a
category in the toc.
The files to be modified are:
* incphp
o toc.php
o layerview.php
o init/initmap.php
* javascript/pm.toc.js
* config/config_default.xml
But i'am beginner, so how modify it exactly, for example just to create
a sub-category in a category
