Hi Aji, It is related to the projection. In your map file, you have the information related to projection in comment. You have to decide for the which/what projection to use. Another thing, when you call your data "DATA "the_geom FROM jateng_kec USING UNIQUE gid using grid = -1"", do you really need this grid= -1? I don't know but just wanna make sure you got it right.
