Hi, Could you test this please: try to zoom a lot and the new circles you will draw will maybe appear if there are fully contained in the map viewable extent.
In more recent version of pmapper we have rewritten the way to draw circle. So the circles are drawn, but you can't add comments on them... I think you should update your pmapper and MapServer versions...
