the problem occurs also in the demo project, so it isn't due to my projects
http://www.pmapper.net/demo/pmapper-5-dev/ if you flag and unflag layers few times, pmapper5 starts loading layers which don't appear for a while and the "activate" command doesn't work. It's like a "cache" read-write problem I think.
