Dear Friends
Good afternoon

I use pmapper since 2010 today I had a conversation with the people who run
the company where I work and it turns out that they want to patent my work
even though I have not published it precisely because of the restrictions
of the company where I work.

Now I would like to ask you the following questions to indicate how to
proceed:

I use Extjs which has double free license if the resulting software is free
and commercial if the software is private.

Can something similar be done with pmapper?

It seems to me that the fair thing is that if what I did about pmapper is
going to be patented, pmapper authors should receive a fair payment for
their work.

As soon as pmapper's work would be valued approximately

Is it valid and legal to make the patent?

Any institution in Latin America or Peru that can advise me regarding the
legal actions that can be taken regarding free software.
