gpg configuration: use bestPractices
- no properties gpg.keyname and gpg.passphrase anymore
- Add MAVEN_GPG_PASSPHRASE environment variable instead

gpg configuration: private key is now just a secret
- secret is written to a file and imported into gpg keystore
- passphrase is now provided as a secret as well
