The password for most things on pmwiki.org is "quick". Feel free to add the recipe. > > In the meantime I made the MailForm redirect to EMailForm. > > I noticed there was a redirect there before. Redirecting (and eliminating the existing content) isn't very friendly to those who may continue to choose MailForm for one reason or another -- instead, put a link on MailForm to EMailForm to indicate that a newer version is available. > What I proposed some time back (and ran out of time to support) was > that PmWiki recipe authors create a unified recipe for mailing, then > overlay individual recipes (e.g. MailForm and TellAFriend). I should note that the version of mail forms that I'll be supporting for PmWiki is given by the PmForm recipe, as demonstrated at http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PmForm http://www.pmwiki.org/pmform/PmForm/MailForm The PmForm system is flexible enough that we could easily provide TellAFriend-like address verification capabilities on top of the existing mailform capabilities. This isn't to say there can't be other mailform recipes available, but PmForm is the one I expect to be using and supporting myself.
