Yes, but I'm not sure that PmWiki wants to get into the realm of
being an HTML validator/checker.

So basically all the arguments in

        ||<whatever>
        ||col 1  ||col 2 ||||

are simply sent to the HTML output without being parsed by PmWiki?
I agree that parsing/checking HTML is too much for PmWiki.
