I recently updated my skins to be a little more intelligent on how they place the logo. I use getimagesize($PageLogoUrl) in order to determine the height and width of the logo.
I've not had any issues, nor has anyone reported anything. However, when used on PmWiki.com I get an error (http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Equilibrium). According to the error message it appears that $PageLogoUrl does not resolve to a valid filename. However, pasting the url does show the image, so it is valid.
