I wonder if its time to have a discussion about the impact of the PHP 5.5 changes on PmWiki, specifically:
Should this be considered an opportunity to consider this a significant upgrade of PmWiki - i.e. to version 3, thus allowing some breaking changes, and to restrict the effort to provide backward compatibility by not supporting earlier version of PHP (actual version to be decided). Simon
