Ooops  ignore..

I forget I needed this:

$GroupHeaderFmt =
   '(:include $SiteGroup.AllGroupHeader:)(:nl:)'
   .'(:include $Group.GroupHeader:)(:nl:)'

for the Site.AllGroupHeader  to work properly.

I'm fine now..
