I have played with podcasting on my site http://josquin.us On the right, you can see a RSS button and an iTunes button. This way a user could drag the iTunes button into iTunes to automatically subscribe to my feed (this required creating a custom feed in config.php). At present this is a mesh of plain blog posts, audio and video podcasting. I think there are only 4 entries with actual podcast content, but it works fine for a quick example.
