One of my wikies is running on Windows platform. I thought that PmWiki is case insensitive on this platform (according to what I've found in mailing list archive: "Actually, just a note that PmWiki is case-sensitive only on systems that have case-sensitive filenames. On Windows and Macintosh OS/X systems, PmWiki tends to act case-insensitively, and both Group1.Sidebar and Group1.SideBar point to the same page.")
But I came across two confusing situations where PmWiki is NOT case insensitive. 1. Let's say somebody created page called Pmwiki.SomePage (i.e. with lowercase "w"). When I do a search (with default fmt=bygroup) "PmWiki" and "Pmwiki" are grouped separately 2. Let's say I have two pages with link to PmWiki.Somepage but one link is typed as Pmwiki.Somepage. Both links work but when I use pagelist with link=PmWiki.SomePage then only one page is listed. So my question is: Is PmWiki written intentionally as case insensitive or case sensitivity works only by chance thanks to filesystem, and some PmWiki functions don't support it?
