If you have copied the AsSpacedUTF a while ago, please recheck it as today I 
spotted and fixed a bug that may cause the script to hang (very unlikely but 
not impossible).

Pm will tell us. Actually not many PmWikis are using utf-8 so I believe it is 
unlikely.
