Use Attach:test/attachmentname.ext If you define some other folder accesible on the web in your Site.InterMap e.g. MyPictures http://www.example.com/Photo/ then you can use Attach:MyPictures/attachmentname.ext for download/display (to upload there should be settings allowing the upload for that folder - I think).
