This is sufficient. It's related to pagelist only. If there are more
other recipes using first/each/last
in future they for sure have to distinguish one from another by their
own prefix e.g. "rcpA-first" etc.
which can have totaly different meaning from recipe to recipe and have
to be defined in the recipe cookbook.
(There could be a usance the PmWiki core expressions and variables do
not need a prefix if not necessary)
