It would be so nice to have a shorthand form of this kind of link

[[{TargetPage}R]] for display link if the user is auth read taget

Or some other syntax.

Other than the conditional that PM provided below to get this result,
if I'm listing a bunch of links I sometimes rely on a pagelist and the
default behavior that suppresses display of pagelist results for which
the user lacks read authorization.

Anything one could add to config.php to create such shorthand for
conditional-links?
