After updating guibuttons.php, the problem remained. I did manage to
solve it, however, by adding to farmconfig.php:
$GUIButtonDirUrlFmt = '$FarmPubDirUrl/guiedit';
So I guess moving my wiki to a farm recently was (part of) the problem
after all!
