Part of the problem was due to the fact that the file name of the wiki page must start with an uppercase to be seen by pagelist. In particular, PmWiki does not seem to cache the "expanded pagelists" despite caching (pages and pagelist) is enabled. As most of the processing time is spent on "rendering" the page and not on the identification of the pages to list, it would be very useful to have the full resulting page cached. Can something be done to make it happen ?
