If you're just wanting to disable the right-click menu, there are JavaScript mechanisms that supposedly will do this. But if you're wanting to prevent people from ever being able to see or copy a link, as a security measure, there's not really a way to do that. In order for a browser to be able to display a link it has to have a copy of it, and anything that a browser can obtain from a server a person can also obtain, either by asking the browser to display it or by directly asking for the information from the server (as if by a browser).
