I'm not sure I understand your intent. Certainly a version controlled backed PageStore could be created that integrates with subversion or other version control systems (attributes could become subversion attributes, page history -> file history,) but it doesn't sound like that's what you mean? So what then? Certainly subvsersion already has a web front end, so you could reference files in the repo using links, maybe even create a special intermap markup for it? Referencing older revisions might be a little harder with the standard webdav interface, but there are other front ends that let you do that (I think webCVS does subversion?) What else is left? Embedding your subversion content directly in a web page with source code highlighting using something like the SourceBlock recipe, and then wiki comments/text around it (above, below, but not within?) None of this seems particularly useful, especially since there are already nice web front ends to subversion. Was the goal to provide an easier mechanism to customize such front ends using wiki markup?
