I don't know what you mean by being honored, but sitewide wikistyles will be available for authors to use sitewide. They may be overridden by re-defining the wikistyle, but ability to re-define is a feature. > So sitewide styles will only be honored if you use /pub/css/local.css or > something like it. Authors can't modify /pub/css/local.css, but they will be able to modify a site header page if Proposal #2 takes effect.
