I'm working on a form where I want people to enter a URL without the http:// at the beginning, and I'd like to indicate this by having the characters http:// appear before the entry blank. Is there a clever way to prevent the http:// from being turned into a Link To Nowhere? I don't want to disable the http markup for the whole site.
Possibly a separate question: should the markup responsible for http:// links be made smart enough to recognize when the resulting URL could not possibly be valid, because, for example, there's nothing there? Thanks in advance! --Ben S. _______________________________________________ pmwiki-users mailing list [email protected] http://www.pmichaud.com/mailman/listinfo/pmwiki-users
