I'm trying to add &action=edit to create an edit link after a page in
the PageList Templates like so:

[[#edit]]
(:if ! equal {=$Group} {<$Group}:)
:<h1>[[{=$Group}]]</h1> :
(:if:)
*[[{=$Group}/{=$Name}]] [[{=$Group}/{=$Name}&action=edit|edit]]
[[#editend]]
@]
But my output is: Group.PageNameAmpActionEdit
How do I include actions in the PageListTemplate?
I'm using 2.1.27
